ALUMNI SPOTLIGHT
 Alumnus Tom Lytle ('56D) will be celebrating his 80th birthday this year. The Capitol City Trial Lawyers Association has decided to honor Tom Lytle on this momentous occasion by re-christening their "Firehouse series" as the Tom Lytle Luncheon. Tom has been a pillar of the Sacramento PI community for decades, and has been a fabulous mentor and friend to many. The luncheon will be held on Friday, June 21st, with Lawrence Bohm from the Bohm Law Group as the guest speaker. ROBERT PIAZZA NAMED 2013 DISTINGUISHED ALUMNI
 During Commencement for the Class of 2013, alumnus Robert Piazza ('65E) was honored as the 2013 Distinguished Alumni. The award was established to recognize and honor graduates who have exemplified the mission of Cal Maritime by distinguishing themselves through their outstanding personal or professional accomplishments. His name will be posted on a plaque beside his fellow Distinguished Alumni in the Alumni Plaza outside the Simulation Center on campus.
