Welcome to the new Website for The California Maritime Academy Alumni Association! We hope that this new site will keep all CMA grads better informed about what is taking place on campus and in better contact with one another. We’ll now be using the technology of the current social networking touch/feel that is prevalent on the Internet, as a more effective means of communicating. You’ll find that it will be easier for classmates to stay in touch and for area chapters to post their own information, all on the same Alumni site.
Some of our Association goals for the future are to strengthen existing geographic chapters, to create new chapters in locations where there are large numbers of our grads and to improve communications within each class. This exciting new tool will allow us to publicize news and activities for each chapter and class, in a much simpler manner than ever before.
I’d like to personally encourage you to learn to use this new tool and to make it your primary method for communicating in your area and within your class. Welcome aboard
