Recruit at Cal Maritime



The Career Center assists graduating seniors and alumni in obtaining professional employment. As part of the program for graduating seniors, the Career Center invites company representatives -- many of whom are alumni -- to the campus each year to participate in the Career Fair, make presentations and interview graduating seniors.

Each year, companies come to Cal Maritime to recruit graduating seniors. Companies come to campus and hold presentations at the lunch hour and after school. Companies will then hold interviews following their presentations. Graduating seniors are able to sign up ahead of time to secure an interview time. These companies come directly to our campus to insure our students have the best opportunity to secure the job of their dreams. The following is a schedule of recruiting dates and events to be held at Cal Maritime.  Please contact the Career Center to arrange a recruiting date for your company.

  • License Examination -- January 4 - 7, 2010
  • Career Fair -- January 19, 2010
  • Spring Recruiting -- February 1 - April 9, 2010
  • Commencement -- May 1, 2010
